In February 2022, David appealed a Parker County misdemeanor conviction, and the County Attorney agreed to David’s allegations in a motion for new trial filed shortly after trial. 

The parties’ agreement following this concession by the County Attorney resulted in a reduced sentence for David’s appellate client.
