In Ex parte James Austin Bannister, No. WR-96,528-01

David filed an 11.07 post-conviction writ of habeas corpus and won a new trial for his client who was not informed by his plea counsel that his prison time was “aggravated”.  Based upon David’s writ and brief in support of the writ, the Court of Criminal Appeals in Austin granted full relief.
